How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary, you will receive a tracking number once your item(s) have shipped. 

Do you ship internationally? Not at the moment. But please join our newsletter to be informed as we expand.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? Please email hi@headsouth.world.

Can I make a return or exchange?
If you're not completely happy with a purchase, begin this process by emailing your order number to: hi@headsouth.world 

Your product must be unopened and unused for a refund or an exchange to be processed. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, or you have opened any of your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This follows FDA regulations on all of our products due to hygiene and health protocols. 

And, if you're not sure about committing to the full size, feel free to try our Dynamic Duo sample set.

Who shouldn’t use the formulas? Our products are intended to enhance pleasure for everyone but all bodies are different, so please review all of the ingredients listed below and make sure your body responds well to them. It’s also a good idea to ensure your partner(s) do not have any allergies or sensitivities to the ingredients. Always consult your physician before trying any new body care products.

How should I use Slip Serum? Apply the desired amount to erogenous zones for intimate play to reduce friction and enhance pleasure. Reapply as needed.

How should I use Slide Serum? Apply the desired amount to erogenous zones for adventurous play to reduce friction and enhance pleasure. Reapply as needed. Not intended for use with silicone toys. 

How should I use Oasis Oil? Apply the desired amount to erogenous zones for intimate body massage to reduce friction and enhance pleasure. Reapply as needed. It is not intended for use with latex products. 

Which formulas are safe with silicone porcelain, metal, or glass toys?

Which formulas are safe with latex? Slip Serum and Slide Serum are latex-friendly.  

Are these products safe to use when pregnant? Please consult and review our ingredients list with your OB/GYN or physician before using.

Are the formulas pH balanced? Slip Serum is pH-balanced. 

Where should the products be stored? In a cool, dry, room temperature place. Keep out of extended direct sunlight. 

Are your formulas safe to lick? Yes, our formulas are safe to lick during oral play. 

Are the formulas free from glycerine, parabens, and petrochemicals? Yes. 

Are the ingredients natural? Oasis oil is all-natural. 

Are the formulas vegan? Yes.

Are the formulas gluten-free? Yes.

Are your products manufactured in a facility that handles nuts? No

Packaging:

How do I refill my glass bottle? The Tube and Glass are a 1:1 fill so you'll need to use up all the product before refilling. No topping up.  

• Remove the pump from the glass
• Rinse your bottle in warm water
• Remove the pump from the glass bottle
• Break the tip off of your tube
• To prevent spills, Hold the tube upright and kiss the tip of the tube to the opening of the bottle
• Gently tip the tube to pour the serum into the reusable glass bottle
• Replace the pump back on the glass
• Recycle your tube 

 

 

How do I recycle my tube? Our tubes are currently made with HDPE/MDPE (#2) plastics and are curbside recyclable.

• Squeeze every last drop of product out of your tube
• Use scissors to cut the bottom off
• Rinse well 
• Place the tube in your recycling bin
• Always check your local recycling guidelines

How do I recycle my unit carton? Our unit cartons are currently made with Forest Stewardship Council and Sustainable Forestry Initiative Certified paper and printed with vegetable oil inks. They are curbside recyclable. Always check your local recycling guidelines.

Who designs Head South branding and graphics? Ella Chodos-Irvine developed the logo, branding, and packaging, as well as social media assets, event collateral, websites and email campaigns for e-comm as well as the brand’s podcast.
