As we close out the Pleasure Practice Challenge , let’s take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve shared and celebrate the progress made. Over four weeks, we explored different ways to cultivate pleasure—physically, emotionally, and relationally—while breaking through barriers and creating new habits.
